Using these tools

Vegan Afzaal provides free kitchen calculators and educational cooking information. You are responsible for checking your inputs, recipe suitability and final results. Tools are provided as available; we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every calculation suits every recipe.

Accuracy and limitations

Conversion factors use the measurement standards stated on the tool page. Recipe scaling changes quantities and does not automatically adjust cooking times, equipment or food-safety requirements. Cost estimates use the prices you enter and do not fetch live market prices. Egg substitutions are starting points, not universal replacements.

Food, allergies and personal needs

Content is general cooking information and does not provide medical advice, dietary treatment or an individualized nutrition plan. Check labels for allergens and follow reliable food-safety guidance. Plant-based or vegan ingredients are not automatically safe for every allergy.
